Instruction begins with the individual student. Ability, experience, interests, learning style, confidence, and personal goals help determine the direction and pace of each program.
Students may learn through demonstration, practical playing, traditional materials, rhythm and ear training, songwriting, technology, performance, or other approaches appropriate to their development.
The goal is not to force every student through the same method. It is to provide structure, encouragement, challenge, and measurable growth while helping students develop their own relationship with music and the arts.
